I have been always passionate about learning, specifically about human behavior and interactions. It was in my first job at Usha Group during my induction program, I was really inspired by the trainer, which triggered me to take up the profession of a trainer.

Got introduced to the field of learning and development in the year 2005 and assisted my mentor in conducting learning programs after two years I was empaneled as a trainer with one of the leading Indian multinational software development and consulting firm, later with a leading American based consulting firm and the journey continued, in the last 15 years I have facilitated learning programs in more than 50 organizations across industries from IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Banking, and Pharma.

As a trainer, facilitator, and certified coach, I do get to understand the training needs of an organization, design workshops based on various behavioral competencies, and deliver experiential learning programs with multiple effective methodologies in best in class organizations.

Over the years I facilitated many learning programs in the area of personal and interpersonal effectiveness. My forte is in conducting first-time managers and managerial effectiveness learning programs. Personally, I am practicing emotional intelligence in my life and feel great in facilitating emotional intelligence at work learning programs. I had the opportunity to interact with more than ten thousand enthusiastic learners in my learning programs in various organizations
